I brought a pair of hearing aids, they arrived with in 5 days which was great. When I opened the box they looked very nice I was very surprised I was very happy.
I put them on charge before I used them four hours latter I started with just one, very easy to fit had to adjust the volume to get to get it right, I then did the same to the right ear after an hour tried both had to adjust the volume again on both.
After three days I was getting annoy I did not have any whistling in the ears and could hear myself talking very loud, so I started again following the instructions I spoke hearing company they sent some more helpful tips.
A couple of days later I had an appointment with my GP who then said I had tinnitus which was a shock but that helped me too sort my hearing company.
I contacted the hearing company and explain my hearing problem, they were very understanding and said they would give me a full refund they sent me the address to return too and the code numbers I return I recieved my money before they received them back.
Hearing company were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. So if you are thinking of trying them you wont go far wrong given them a try.
