I purchased ClarityPro a couple of months ago but as I have been in Hospital with Pnuemonia I have not been able to return them.
Firstly there were no spare buds in the box so I could not try different sizes. I have tried to e-mail you 3 times previously but have had no response from you.
As soon as I inserted the ClarityPro into my ears my adult Grandaughter was complaining about the loud screeching and whistling (even tho I couldn’t hear it)this happened every time I tried to put them in she complained. Also the red Aid will not fit properly into my ear and therefore feels as if it is falling out and thus a lot of the red part shows outside my ear.
I would be grateful if you could tell me how and where I should return ClarityPro for full Refund and also if you supply a Return Label.
